On-site technical services are standard practice when entering a service agreement with a client. Olivetti Imports have agreements in place with Olivetti Italy with regards to the supply and support of these high quality products. To ensure that our technical staff stay abreast of technological advancements and challenges to continuously provide our users with first class service, advice and technical expertise; we send our technical staff for training to Ivrea, Italy, the home of Olivetti. Our technical support includes service level agreements that cover the costs of your toners, drums, parts, labour and travel in most cases. We can tailor make these packages to be more cost effective for certain industries. Preventative maintenance, much like a car maintenance plan, is key in providing the users with economical and productive equipment at all times.
